Organic Renewable CO2
Unlike conventional CO2, typically a byproduct of fossil fuel combustion, our CO2 is sourced from United States agriculture.
Here's how it works: When vegetables (such as corn) are fermented, yeast consumes sugar and emits CO2. Rather than releasing this into the atmosphere it’s captured, purified and reused by you to make sparkling water.
While your sparkling water tastes the same, it's a more natural and sustainable process that supports local farmers.

We recommend having 3 tanks total, so you have 1 in your machine and two sent for refill in the box.
